At time of ordering tickets and upon request, students dancing in both shows will receive one complimentary recital ticket for one show to be used by a relative or friend attending both shows.

Our Staff will assist in posing individual and group pictures taken professional and available for purchase.

DRESS REHEARSAL WEEK
May 14 -19
(Attend your last class before the recital in full costume, hair and make up)

RECITAL COSTUME EXPENSE
CHILD SIZE $60/ ADULT SIZE $65
DEADLINE for recital costume payment – Sat., Nov. 19th
Costume measurement week - Nov. 14th-19th
A $5.00 per costume late fee will apply to payments made after Sat., Nov. 19th.
Costume payments received after December 15th will be ordered separately with an additional $15.00 ordering fee per costume and not guaranteed in hand for picture day.
note: recital tights will be ordered through the studio in January

ATTENDANCE & PREPARATION are key in completing a successful season.
If you have not already ordered your tights or purchased your proper
recital shoes visit Melbourne Dancewear today. Phone 723-7203.
If in need of extra practice ask your instructor about private lessons.

COMPETITION, RECITAL SOLOS, DUOS & TRIOS
Summer through October is the time to schedule your private instruction

Decisions on music,costumes & appointment times
should be made with your instructor.

PRIVATE POLICIES
Private Lesson fees are $35 per half hour class and are to be paid at time of each class. Minimum of 2 private lessons per month. Exchange cell phone numbers with your private instructor when setting up initial lesson. Scheduled private lessons who do not show and do not call to cancel with a 2-hour notice will be charged full price.
You must contact the instructor directly on their cell phone. Leaving a message at the studio does not cancel the lesson and you will be charged for the lesson.
Privates wishing to perform a solo in recital must be enrolled in ballet. A $25 charge for cutting the music, which includes a CD copy for you.
We also encourage private instruction in helping with your technique & class routines.

Deadline for Advertising May 1st, 2012.

Videos will be available for pick up at Heather's Dance Studio during
summer registration days and summer classes. If you would like your
video(s) to be mailed as soon as delivered add $5.00 to your order for shipping.
